Arctic Tundra, Banana Cream Pie, Coconut Almond Bliss, Zanzibar Chocolate?! Oh yes, Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream in Madison, WI was the perfect backdrop for kicking off this sweet city engagement session! Matt & Elise fully endorse the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup flavor... I was too busy snapping photos of this mod, music-loving duo to sample any of the frozen deliciousness this time around... so, Lord knows that I must make a return to indulge next time I'm in Madison!
I photograph many of my engagement sessions in beautiful natural locations with trees, trails, lakes, rivers, flowers and fields. What I discovered from this engagement session, however, is that cityscapes are extremely inspiring also! There is a new texture, new color or new style of architecture around every turn. "New" has always been invigorating to me and I am forever filled with curiosity and a desire to learn & grow.
