This super fun couple and I hit it off during our engagement session together! They had their first date at a beer garden, and their second date (a day later...that's when you know!!) at a classic WI fish fry. We had a lively chat about the makings of an excellent fish fry...is it the breading? The tartar sauce? The old fashioneds? The sides? For me, it's all about the tartar sauce. Creamy, just the right amount of sour & pucker to complement a gorgeous beer battered filet of cod. For David, the breading... and for Emily, particular flavors in the coleslaw seal the deal for a solid fish fry.
